Digital Marketing Data Analyst

POSITION BACKGROUND

We are seeking a highly skilled and lead generation-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our campaigns (paid + organic) across various digital advertising platforms. Your expertise in data analysis, keyword research, campaign management, and optimization strategies will be instrumental in driving targeted traffic, increasing conversions, and maximizing our return on investment (ROI).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze digital analytics data and provide actionable insights
  • Develop and execute comprehensive PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media advertising channels.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords, ensuring optimal campaign performance and target audience reach.
  • Create compelling ad copy and engaging ad creative to maximize click-through rates (CTR) and improve campaign performance.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas of improvement and implementing optimization strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Utilize analytics tools and tracking systems to measure and report on campaign performance, providing regular insights and recommendations to the marketing team.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement split testing strategies to identify the most effective ad variations and landing page designs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and new features across various PPC platforms, ensuring our campaigns remain innovative and competitive.
  • Monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective performance.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, campaign performance, and recommendations for improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field may be helpful, but we’re open to anyone with the right skills and experience.
  • Proven experience as a PPC Specialist or in a similar role, with a successful track record of managing and optimizing PPC campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of PPC platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and social media advertising channels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and lead-edge AI tools like ChatGPT.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including search engine marketing (SEM), conversion optimization, and landing page optimization.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling ad copy and communicate campaign performance to stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and platform updates.
